Hello, I am applying green card (i-130 & i485 concurrent filing) in US for my parents tomorrow...I have included the following in my package....please see below and let me know if its okay or am i Missing anything???

 

The following documents accompany and support this petition:

1.      G-1145 E-notification of application/petition acceptance,

2.      I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative),

3.      I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status),

4.      I-864 (Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA),

5.      G-325A (Biographic Information),

6.      I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record),

7.      I-131 (Application for Travel Document).

8.     I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization.)

Contents Include for Each Package in following order:
 

1. Form G-1145 E-Notification of application/petition acceptance 

 

2. I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

  • Check payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security for $535 filing fee
  • Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative)
  • Copy of Naturalization Certificate (Petitioner)
  • Copy of Passport (Petitioner)
  • Copy of Petitioner’s birth certificate showing the names of both parents
  • Copy of Parents Foreign National ID Cards.
  • Copy of Family Registration Certificate.
  • Copy of Petitioner parents’ marriage certificate establishing that petitioner’s father was married to petitioner’s mother before petitioner was born.
  • G-325A form, biographic information supporting I-130.
  • 2 passport photos of beneficiary (attached with a paper clip to Form I-130 and signed).

3. I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence Or Adjust Status

  • Check payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security for $1225 ($1140 I-485 filing fee + $85 biometric fee).
  • Two passport-style color photos of beneficiary.
  • Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence.
  • Copy of beneficiary birth certificate.
  • Copy of beneficiary I-94 form
  • Copy of beneficiary current passport (biographical page ,Visa as well as Entry stamp)
  • Form I-864 Affidavit of Support (Sponsor)

Ø  Most recent checking & saving account statements.

Ø  Employer (Base Pay Letter with 2017 Total Rewards)

Ø  Payroll information (13 Recent Paystubs Copies for last 6 Months)

Ø  W-2 for the most recent tax year 2016.

Ø  Copy of Tax transcript for 2016, 2015, 2014 (filled jointly with wife)

  • Form G-325A, biographic information supporting I-485.
  • Sealed envelope containing form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record

4. I-131 Application for Travel Document

  • Copy of Passport page and Nonimmigrant visa
  • 2 passport photos of beneficiary (attached with a paper clip to Form I-131 and signed).

5. I-765 Application for Employment Authorization

  • Copy of Passport page.
  • 2 passport photos of beneficiary (attached with a paper clip to Form I-765 and signed).

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
