Can a petitioner for K1 visa use any address? My live in boyfriend  (I am a US citizen) has been cheating for over 2 years with a Filipino, she has now told me they will be getting married. His only address is my house? Do they check? Plus he has no job here as he got laid off in December.

The petitioner can use any address. He can use a PO Box, a work address (if he has s job) or even a friend's address. It's just a mailing address. They don't come to the house.

 

I wouldn't worry about how he will support her. Have you thrown him out? I would.

He needs to find a Co-sponsor for the I-134 if he cannot provide the minimum annual income.

ROC Timeline

08/16/19: sent I-751 packet to USCIS Lockbox in Dallas

08/19/19: packet received by USCIS

08/21/19: received text message with case number ( Texas Service Center)

08/23/19: check got chashed

08/26/19: received extension letter in the mail

11/14/19: Biometrics appointment

04/28/20: case got transferred to my local field office in Atlanta

05/28/20: New Card Is Being Produced

05/29/20: New Card Got Approved

06/02/20: We Mailed Your New Card

06/03/20: The Post Office Picked Up Your New Card

06/04/20: Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office

I had to have him evicted. We have lived together over 8 years and state of Texas said I had to and can't dispose of his property, which is still in my house. And she keeps sending nasty messages to me, nothing I can do but block her and keep changing my phone number. They deserve each other!

He will have an address where he is now so would be using that.
