What u should do at this point is employ the services of an immigration lawyer.. they will understand your situation better and probably rectify / resolve it. Good luck to you.

hi friends ,

i have benne approved from texas on november 29 it took two months to uscis to send my case to NVC .

when we called NVC they said they received our case on fabury 1 st but they didn't asseigned a case a nd IID number..

is there someone here having the same issus with nvc? i m realy frustrated

Hello, yes I'm having the same problem, mine was sent Jan 18th, they say they received it Feb 5th, but I still don't have case number, they say they were sending it to a supervisor, but still haven't gotten it.

they sent my case to a supervisor 3 days ago i called  them few minuts ago and they said that they still don't have a case number yet im so upsat

i hope that theres nothing wrong with algeria's cases

He told me a batch came in all of a sudden then the holiday came, and that threw them behind, so call back middle of next week.

I got the approval notice I-130 on Feb-26-2017, approval date is Feb-21-2018.

 same problem here as well. approval date 26th Dec, kept calling NVC they finally told us they received case at 10th January, they sent it to a supervisor last week and still no progress. it's been over 2 months now since it got approved at USCIS . still no progress. not even a welcome letter.
