Yes uscis Chicago. I don't know what to do!

Chicago is the Lockbox, she will have it sent to a service center and get her NOA1, that is notice of action but from what I have read just giving you a bit of a warning if it goes to California Service center for PR they are working cases from Aug of last year.

so from what I understand your wife is here in USA, she is a PR, she filed for you her spouse on I-130 to come to usa to stay with her. did she file the I-765 and I-485 to adjust her status and to file for work permit for herself?>

all she needed to file for you was I-130 and the I-130A

okay great now I understand, sorry for all the confusion, just need to get all the facts, I would contact the customer service team, tell them what is going on and ask them what you should do. If from the time she sent it out till now has been more than a month you should have gotten the NOA1 as the lock box is only a distribution. I am not sure that all those papers should have been filed at the same lock box, so I can't answer as to that but call the customer service number and ask them, and then check and see if the money order has been cashed.
