Hello there and welcome! I have also been following this amazing thread for a while. I am actually a June filer. I see we have a lot in common because my hubby is also in Jamaica and I'm in Philly (I see you're in NY) just wanted you to know that you have someone here that feels your pain with the travel and depression of leaving  your hubby in JA :( I'm certain that we are up soon! Feel free to reach out if needed and be sure to keep us posted on your journey.

Hi. What is the g-325a application form? Shall we include it in the packet. My husband who is a USC is planning to send the packet with this month. Is he gonna file a separate application for me and separate i-130 for our baby who is 4 months old.

we applied crba but unluckily, we didnt meet the requirements for physical presence.

to file for spouse and child these are the forms needed.I-130A replaces The G-325A I believe there needs to be I-130 for each person but I could be wrong, I only needed to file for my spouse.

Thank you. I feel relieved. What about the separate petition form? 1 for me and 1 for our 4 month old

1. If you are a U.S. citizen, you must file a separate Form I-130 for each eligible relative. You may file Form I-130 for: A. Your spouse; B. Your unmarried children under 21 years of age; C. Your unmarried sons or daughters 21 years of age or older; D. Your married sons or daughters of any age; E. Your brothers or sisters (you must be 21 years of age or older); and F. Your mother or father (you must be 21 years of age or older).
