Is there any recent approvals from NSC:unsure::blink:

I haven't seen anything, and you and I both have PD first part of May, it appears as if they might be into the middle to end of Feb now, which is good and bad, they are still moving slow but getting closer to us. I would venture to say that by looking at some of the Feb filers, that they haven't been on to update their status, so there is a good chance they have approvals and they just haven't updated the VJ timeline. we both need to hang in there. I don't know about you but it is frustrating to see all these other service centers with approvals past our date, but our time will come.

well I called USCIS to talk to someone in Tier 2 and it was right at 8 am, and I got shoved in to getting a call back, and they still haven't called back, I was hoping to try and expedite our case due to the erupting violence in Egypt, but no luck.

Hello May Filers.
My husband just received an approval letter (NOA2) in his mail box. We were approved November 17. There was no update in USCIS Case Status search update nor did we receive email or sms notification. I did install an app but it wasn't updated as well. BUT approval letter is now in hand. :)

My NOA1 is May 15.

Which centre??

My PD is May 4th, Nebraska, still waiting too

I called and finally got someone in Tier 2 customer service, she told me that Nebraska only works on I-130 cases of us citizens who are looking to bring their spouse over,  and that the other service centers work on PR looking to bring spouse over. I flat out told her I knew that was a lie, and asked her why they are not spreading out the I-130 cases through all service centers, she never really answered me when I pressed her she did however threaten to end the call, only after repeating over and over and over again that Nebraska is on a 9 month waiting, and that all cases are being processed within 9 months.

So the uscis updated the status yesterday... saying the post office couldn't deliver the letter of approval.  That we should request for it again to be delivered... and we requested for it yesterday
