Btw, we received our RFE letter yesterday, reviewed last 11/16. It asks for the wedding photos and receipts also a testimony and sworn statement from my husband about our courtship and meeting. They are asking about paperwork that includes my name in his properties and everything but we can't bcoz I have no SS number, obviously 😁 I added him in my retirement account as a beneficiary, so I sent him my paperwork, I hope that works. We're sending copies of our vacation trips here in the Philippines and in Mexico. Hopefully, that it will be sufficient and approve our case. 🙏🙏🙏

Hi! We got the same letter. Please refer to my comment above. We are lacking with evidence too. My husband and I decided to print all we got from hotel receipts and photos, wedding reception receipts and photos, boarding passes and etickets. And he will prepare a testimony of our meeting and courtship that led us to get married.

As well as sworn affidavit of bonafide relationship from you,your husband&other third parties.

Some RFE letter wills state you add sworn affidavits. Goodluck

Have your husband changed his status to married at work?

Go&get a sworn affidavit of change of name&newspaper publication for yourself

We haven't talked about it, I think 🙄 Thanks for reminding me, I will ask him later 😂

I added him in my retirement account and mutual fund investments, I will ask for certified paperworks from the offices today.

A letter from his employer stating that he's marital status have changed is also proof of bonafide marriage.

Moreso,your husband's proofs are more vital here since he's the petitioner.

Seems to me a little extreme what they are asking for. All i sent was 4 wedding photos with family and friends, and another 4 at different occasions....and got approved...we dnt have joint accounts or leases .. nothing...i guess it depends on the officer and circumstances of the case. Goos luck though

I think it really depends on the adjudicator 🙄 but I hope everything goes well when we have our evidences submitted.

Just our marriage certificate notarized one we submitted now we will submit photos some videos of marriage and my wife's ticket  prints and a sworn affidavit from her  other proofs are kind of imposingly I guess
