I just called USCIS yesterday to check on my case and the man looked up my number and saw that in his service request system the processing dates were for Indianapolis, which didn't make senses for either of us, so this morning I was able to talk to a tier 2 officer, and all he told me is that my case is processing at Potomac, and they are processing from March, what do you ask a tier two to get more information? Honestly they have been less helpful than the tier 1 officers I have talked to.

Priority for NAO1 May 23 Potomic Center 

Pretty much all the tier 2 officers I talked to were very helpful. I am not sure how you can get more accurate information if you couldn't already from them. However, it might happened that you may got non-helpful ones. I would call again and get tier 2 officer and maybe state something like ( I am almost pas the 6 months mark and I would like to know if my application has been assigned to an officer yet ?). Also, you can do a service request online once you are past 180 days. Looking at your timeline, and from the forum here, ppl were getting approvals from beginning, middle and end of May. So you might very well be hearing something very soon.

my husband just spoke with a uscis funciorario he said they are working on February cases. And that stanos in the normal time of 6 months that does not know when it can take time to arrive in may.

I no longer have hope destroyed after what the officer said. it looks like it will take more than 6 months

I am pretty sure if you talk to a tier 2 officer and your  Noa1 is in may you should have been approved.  I called two days ago but I was unable to transfer to a tier 2 officer then I decided to call today again about an hour ago and the tier  2 officer told me I was approved on Nov 15 and a letter was mail out yesterday to me. My noa1 was may 26. The tier 2 officer was very helpful he gave me nvc number and said I should call them by next week to  find out if they receive my approved file from Potomac.

When you call USCIS and talking to rep, you ask them to transfer you to Tier 2 officer. I think thats how. I never called so i am not sure.

Anyone of you guys know which thread to join since the case is approved? I am aware it didnt go to NVC yet, but I was just wondering? I made some search here but NVC threads are kinda vague!.
