It is not correct.  So keep on checking the app and your emails.   You will get your approval sooner than you think.

Hey my case status changed and they are asking for evidence  and they sent mail on nov 14  but I dint gt any mail yet. But soon I will get I hope so and could you please guid me what kind of evidences they need from us thanx

You will not know until you receive the RFE in the mail box. Ours arrived in my husband's mail box 1week after I got the notification on USCIS app(Nov 13th)&we sent out response yesterday(Nov 16th). Dont foeget to tell us what they requested from you. Please update your immigration timeline

Man, Im happy for all the approvals, congratz!

 

I just called USCIS yesterday to check on my case and the man looked up my number and saw that in his service request system the processing dates were for Indianapolis, which didn't make senses for either of us, so this morning I was able to talk to a tier 2 officer, and all he told me is that my case is processing at Potomac, and they are processing from March, what do you ask a tier two to get more information? Honestly they have been less helpful than the tier 1 officers I have talked to.

Priority for NAO1 May 23 Potomic Center

Good morning everyone, so I called uscis this morning again and to my surprise my husband's papers were APPROVED on 11/15/2017!!!!

 

PD May 19th, 2017

Approval : Nov. 15th,2017

Potomac Service Center

 

We are almost at the finish line!

12/22/17- Submit DS-261, Paid AOS fee

12/26/17 - AOS fee confirmed by bank and status change to paid in website

12/28/17 -  Received email for DS-261 confirmation and IV Invoice

12/29/17 - Paid IV fee
