They have to allow you to be transferred if a tier 2 officer is available. Otherwise, they will put a request, as they did with me, to be called and they did call me. Once a rep insisted and I said (PLEASE TRANSFER MY CALL NOW) and she did...so one way or another either you get transferred or they make a request so they call u.

Two days ago, I called and asked to be transferred to a tier 2 officer and that is when they said to me they have to take my information and will get a call back 3-5 days. 

I called yesterday again but early and was told my case is still pending but I should hear very soon as it is approaching the 6 months time as well.

Today I received a call from USCIS regarding the request I put two days ago to be called with updates regarding my case, and the officer told me that the case has been approved just today 

PD May, 30

Approval: 11/16

The online case status still says it was received May 30....

Best of luck for everyone and I will like to stay with you here guys to see how is everyone doing and help if I can

Congrats to all who got the approval, I am frustrated as hell, my PD is may 04 and haven't heard anything, I called to one tier two officer ans she was so nasty to me. I m frustrated.
