My husband called and spoke to a tier 2 officer and he told him that we have been approved on  NOV 8TH !

 

NOA1 - MAY 22nd 

NOA2 - NOV 8th

 

if you are in the month of may (Potomac center) i HIGHLY suggest u call and see, hopefully good news awaits !

Congratulations to everyone's progress. Still stuck on RFE which has taken a while to respond on what we wanted. Am just hopeful we get an approval as soon as they receive our response Cheers to everyone

I noticed the delay in my timeline as well. It is calculated based on people doing actual reporting on their timelines, so it generally fluctuates on the accuracy of the data reported. Not sure if it is an actual slow down or if it is just people not updating their timelines... I am June NOA1 so I am also watching very closely

So I called and tried to get to talk to a tier 2 person and was told they have a high call volume and no transfer can be done currently (I called twice) and they said the same. They only now accept to make a request for call that they said takes 3-5 business days to get a call back....must be over whelmed to get to this point.....lets hope for good news soon and let me know guys if you have the same experience. May be I just called in a bad time...

Tired of refreshing my case tracker app every hour of the day! Feeling very hopeless! It’s been 6 months and I’m feeling very down! Just know that all this suffering and waiting will be worth it at the end!
