My wife signed her own 1-130A while I was with her, brought the form back with me and then I filed for her after I came back to the states...so just wondering if this may lead to an RFE.

I did the same signed wile visiting hope don't get RFE

Texas Service Centre is currently processing May I-130 petitions. I just got an RFE.
