Hi. I got a RFE on Oct 23 due to the I130A form. I sent my response oct 26 and on November 1 they updated my case to respnse received.  Hopefully we'll  get approved soon. My PD is May 3

I hope you do I am just frustrated because I checked 5 times before sending in the documents and I filled everything out signed each page sent all evidence certified translations everything so I don’t understand

Hey guys,

 

So my case is a little different from all of your cases. My husband is currently in immigration detention center. His lawyer is trying to adjust his permanent resident status. So we filed the I-130 for status adjustment (IR-1/CR-1). My application was sent to Nebraska center with a NOA of May 30th. I'm thrilled to announced we just got approved on October 27. I received the letter today in the mail. I will update my status soon. I really wish everybody the best luck in the world since I know the feeling of having the one you love be far away.
