You didn't update your immigration timeline. What's your PD&Service centre?

Hey Abie. I want to update my timeline once I get approved.  They sent me a RFE because I didn't send them the i130A form. Once I send that I'll get approved hopefully.

MY PD is May 3

likely, those people haven't updated timelines, or they needed extra work.

Hello Everyone,

I need little help, i am green card holder. i got married in Feb 2017 and i filled i130(new version) for my wife in May 2017. PD : 17 May 2017

My service center is California, i got the receipt number and priority date(Mid of May) in 1st notice.

Can anyone please help me out how to calculate the total time which service center and NVC will take to process the case, i can see on service center processing page my category is stuck on Permanent resident filling for a spouse or child under 21  "August 23, 2016".

Moreover how it can relate to VISA bulletin. there are two things there

1-> FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED     PREFERENCE CASES which is 22OCT15 ( what is that, can anyone explain me please)

2 -> DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED     VISA APPLICATIONS which is 01NOV16( what is that, can anyone explain me please)

is there a way by which i can calculate and estimate that when my wife can get a immigration visa from all these number?

Can anyone answer this ?  i am a green card holder, my case category is F2A not IR1/CR1.

is this difference impact the overall processing time of case?

There is no impact to the I-130 process. The delay will be at the National Visa Center. For Green Card Holders, only a specific number of VISAs per country are issued each year. Based upon what you submitted, they are issuing VISAs to spouses received by the National Visa Center as of October 2015. So, currently, it appears to be a two year wait from the time the NVC receives the case from the USCIS Service Center.
