Is any one filling the i-130A I-130, I-485, I-765, I-864 together ? Can it be done like that any one have any idea about concurrent filing?

Yes! Only if the beneficiary is in the United States and they are an immediate relative where a visa number is readily available.

Per state department guidelines, the police report is good for one year. My case is not yet approved. My pd is May 11, Potomac but my wife has already got the police report. It only cost about 30 dollars so it  is not a big deal for us to do it again. It will only speed up the process.

Thank you for your response. I called and were told 6 months but I will start getting all my papers together to make the applications next week.

I am doing online applications for police clearances. Will have to provide some documents, certain countries require finger prints and some allow you to designate a power of attorney to take care of your application.
