Just wondering how you guys get all this info and what NOA means? We sent the I130a on May 1st but that's all I know. I'm not even sure what the next steps are after being approved. How many of you guys are using attorneys? Or just doing it by yourselves?

Hi!

Any approvals yet? 😬

It seems like Potomac is finishing April filers. Hope they get to our applications soon.

NOA means notice of Action. The NOA is the one that says they have received ur 130 form the NOA2 is the one that lets you know if r approved or if they need more proof

Am sure you have a case or receipt Number... looks like this  (yod6623688253) put that here https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do  so know when your case was received.... the date you sent it, it not the date it was received, it's usually about 3 to 5 days from the day you sent it... the next step is nvc..

I recommend you bookmark this link

https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/approved/contact.html

Follow from the different sessions up the page... it shows you the different levels from start to finish.. I hope you find this useful

Doesn't look like patomic is nearing the end of April, seem to be right in the middle of it, I think November will be our month. Does any one know how long in total it will take after we get the NOA2? for a us citizan petition for spouse?

Hi, my NOA1 was received on May 30th. And it's in the Nebraska Center. I've seen cases get approved from 5 to 6 months. Is this what you all have seen as well. I literally check this website everyday all day. My case is a little different then all the other ones I have read, since my husband is in the immigration detention and we are in the waiting for the I -130 approval. Also the judge sent it to be expedited. But we still have no answer. Anybody familiar with this type of case? I would love to hear anybodies opinion on this. Thanks.
