how ever i would like to start a new topic i think i should make this a trend. if a person is in the process of the i130, ir1/ cr1. when the person gets approved and wants to travel to the usa. is it a problem if the person books for a one way ticket, without having a return ticket?

Not at all because you are immigrating. The CBP is very much aware of it.

As long as the co-sponsor knows what needs to be provided and they are willing, my guess is you will be fine.
