Yea. You will definitely get your approval, all you need at this point is to be patient and be very prayerful.

More so,the misrepresentation has no effect on your pending i130 but you will need to file the waiver before your wife's visa can/will be issued at the USEM Accra after her visa interview.

Unfortunately, your case happens to be with a very tough/lazy officer,it's really heartbreaking, mind bordering and very painful seeing your fellow filers moving very fast because I have been there before but in all, please put God first.

Goodluck to you on the rest of this journey, prayers going up for you and your wife.

Thank you very much. I am seriously praying for it.

Do you think we should file the waiver since the I-130 is still pending or we should wait till she get denied again at the US embassy in Ghana?

Do not file any waiver yet, waivers are filed based on recommendations.

She has to go for her interview after which the interviewing officer will advise and give her instructions on how to file the waiver.

At this stage,i will advise you get your Congressman involved because that was exactly what we did in Feb after USCIS kept giving us flimsy excuses and then on April 10th 2018,we finally got approved.

While your petition is still pending, try to go see your wife at home so as to gather more evidence of a bonafide marital relationship.

May God in his infinite mercy, continue to give you and your wife more strength to go through this tough journey.
