The thread is about one politician warning another, but why bother if he had no interest in keeping his own house clean. 

he warned trump about flynn being compromised not 'being a bad one', if obama had been warned that hillary was possibly compromised by foreign entities and had solid intel like they did on flynn that would be an interesting development, so far as i know that hasn't happened and none of this 'corruption' has been exposed. far as i see it, the matter at hand is the hearings regarding flynn not some alternative universe where obama endorsed trump for president.

 

obama's house is pretty clean, i'm not sure why you think it wasn't. the gop was rabid with contempt for obama and would have done anything to dig up something to get him out of office. obama had to be squeaky clean or he never would have become president to begin with. pesky double standard that hillary is still swallowing.

exactly. but it's a diversion tactic (beating a dead horse). we can't even talk about the timeline concerning flynn (which is important - per trump) and who was spying on who (also important - per trump) without having to suffer incessant "get over the election lefties, you lost" DUH, let's talk about what's going on RIGHT NOW.

i'm not big on party affilitation, i was briefly involved with local dnc when kerry was running against bush, the first election i cared enough to vote. 

yeah i get it, kind of like those who don't like trump and didn't vote for him but defend his every breath to the point of inanity.

I will talk with anyone and try defend what I believe to be true until proven otherwise, more than happy to converse it's the only way to get somewhat of a feeling of how it is over there before I arrive.

Things said by Obama. Who in their right mind would take what a fierce political opponent said?  There is no proof, there never was proof and 99.999% chance that no proof will be found that the  Trump campaign  colluded with Russia. Those continuing to believe the Russia narrative are either lying or brain dead.

I think it's never a good thing to start assuming what a person's political affiliation is, anymore than it is to assume anything about someone you don't know. Even if it's joking sometimes it can come off in an abrasive, sneering and rather rude way by some. There are millions of Americans that are not affiliated with any party, many more still that belong to the catchall term of Libertarians and those that are Independents (which can mean a variety of different things). People don't enjoy being labeled or judged, and doing so may only provoke a negative reaction no matter what side you're on. I'm neither Democrat or Republican - my political ideals range all over the map. Many people are like that. I believe in many concepts you'd find in Originalism and Libertarianism, but because I apply a lot of those ideas towards liberty and freedom it may cross over into Liberal ideas such as women's rights and abortion. I believe in smart gun control, but acknowledge the right to protection. I also believe very strongly that the government doesn't belong in our lives - and that they should get out of our bedrooms, our love lives, and reproductive rights. I believe in a vigorous defense of freedom of religion (not just the ones that conservatives favor) and freedom of speech (not just the speech that conservatives favor). And I believe that the government has shirked it's responsibilities in the care of it's people with regards to infrastructure and healthcare, and that it is often a corrupt thing in bed with economic kingmakers and foreign agents that are not out for our best interests at heart. We need real and significant changes if we are to continue forward. No one will be the person to do that the way things are at present, and will doubtful to do so in the future...
