Its been 35 days since Guangzhou China Consulate has received our NVC forwarded NOA2 paperwork. Our NOA 2 approval was on March 7th, its now May 8th.

Last week we sent an Email to inquire about our status and we got a canned "application is in pre-processing" . However, the next day to there was an update to the Case with a new date. And today finally the CEAC status says "administrative processing" and this morning my fiance received a call from the consulate confirming the address to send the Packet 3.

My question, do speed things up, can we send the Packet 3 info to consulate now and avoid waiting for the EMS package to arrive?  Also, is it possible to now make a reservation for medical appointments and/or interview?
