one other question: when downloaded the I-130/I-485 package it had a DS-230. Thats only if you need a VISA to ENTER th US right? I am in the US and only need the G325A correct?

11/21/2005 - Andy flys to L.A to check out VFX Houses.

12/05/2006 - Andy meets Tracey for first Time. clicked right away ;-)

12/22/2005 - Andy moves in with Tracey to spend X-mass

12/31/2005 - Decision is made for Andy to stay in the US with Tracey (New Years Resolution)

02/14/2006 - Engagement! (Valentines Day)

03/06/2006 - Wedding in Las Vegas!!!

03/10/2006 - Resgistered on VisaJourney to guide AOS

05/04/2006 - Mailed Pertitions (UPS OVERNIGHT)

05/10/2006 - NOA 1 received

05/18/2006 - Letter Biometrics received

06/01/2006 - Biometrics taken successfully

06/10/2006 - RFE - missing medical exam

06/12/2006 - Medicam Exam

06/17/2006 - Received Medical Result in sealed Envelope

06/17/2006 - Mailed Envelope to USCIS

06/30/2006 - Interview Date received / I765/EAD Approved

07/05/2006 - EAD Card Received

07/10/2006 - SSC Received

10/02/2006 - Interview at 7:50am -> Approved after 12 minutes :)

10/13/2006 - Friday the 13th - GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!

I only filled out a revised G-325A for my AOS application, but I am in the process of adjusting from a K1 visa. I'm not sure if the same holds true for adjusting from a visitor visa. Hopefully someone else can give you a more sufficient answer. :)
