The picture of the visa you posted is definitely fake. Beyond fake. The most fake I have ever seen. The picture on passport printed visas are B&W. the beginning line of code at the bottom will also say something like VISUSA>>>> 

 

lastly, the only people that have the power to issue visas and put them into your passport is a US embassy or consulate, which this person does. It work for, as this letter is false. This is not a letter you would get from the Dept. of State and it is clearly poorly done and photoshopped. I would report the  person who made this to the authorities, and I would not travel with this to the US. you will be turned away and you will get nailed with misrepresentation and fraud.

I am sorry, but this is VERY clearly a scam. You will not be allowed into the USA with this fake visa.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
