We've met 5 times , I have tons of photos , boarding passes , entry and exit stamps on passports , and hotel invoices .

However, I have not met her family or friends but her daughter has been with us at all 5 meetings.

She has talked with my mother on the phone and also done video chat with my mother and I on Skype .

Someone told me it will look very bad to USCIS that I have not met her family or friends, other people tell me that it doesn't matter because I've met her 5 times and have tons of proof of a real bonafide relationship .

I had my mother type a letter certifying to the validity of our relationship .

Should I include this in my fiancé visa packet or should I just leave it out ?

I welcome your opinions .

Thank you !

The basic requirements for the K1 visa is proof of meeting once in 2 years and proof of ongoing relationship. However, depending on the country your fiance is from, if it's a high risk fraud country, then front-loading your petition would be wise. If you have pictures of you with her daughter that's definitely a plus. I would also recommend that if you are plannning to visit your fiance while waiting on the next steps during the process, to take more pictures with family and friends because your fiance can bring additional proof of an ongoing relationship with her at the interview.

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

Relationship evidence is not needed with the I-129F petition. You just need evidence that you met at least once within the past 2 years. Evidence of an ongoing relationship is needed for the interview. You can still provide it early ("front loadiing the petition"), but unless they are interviewing at a very high fraud embassy, it isn't needed.

Meeting the family is definitely a positive, but is not required.

What embassy will the interview be at?

You should be fine. Frontloading won't needed, but you can still do it if you want (they will forward the entire packet to the embassy either way). Just be sure to bring more updated evidence at the interview.

Good luck!

What you have is enough to send off. Just make sure you have additional proof of an ongoing relationship when it's time for her interview which won't be for at least 5-6 months from now.

There is no requirement to meet your fiance's family.  Only requirement is you have met in the last 2 years, and proof of ongoing relationship at the interview.

My fiance is from Russia, and her family is in Norilsk, which is in Siberia.  This city is closed to foreigners and I can't visit them.

Just submit the required documents and you will be fine.
