My wife entered the US last year in June on a K-1 and we married within the 90 days however we never did her AOS but we're getting things ready now. I saw somewhere that if you don't do the EAD in the first 90 days then you just have to wait for AOS to complete. Is that true? 

Also, are there additional papers we need to file or missed out on?? 

 

So far we have the I 485, I 864, DS 3025, and G 325 ready. Can she still do the EAD? Will it allow her to work before the AOS is complete?

No, you can still file the I-765 (EAD) and I-131 (AP) along with the I-485. As long as you married within the 90 day period, you can pickup right where you left off in the process. The only potential issue is if the medical is over 1 year old then they will require a new one.
