@lovelyalex To help resolve this issue, I'd suggest that any member who needs info added into Google doc where spreadsheet editing isn't their strong suit to be helped by other members that are able and willing to provide assistance. Otherwise having folks lose their preset entires would end up a total waste of purpose and time. Hopefully majority if not all agree.

Needless to say, this thread along with others is of an immense help to those going thru similar N400 experiences. Keeping it neat and accurate do really pay off.

I think lots of people were removed from that Google spreadsheet. I don't know why because people shouldn't touch it if they weren't sure what to do but I'm not sure if anyone is even checking it anymore because of all the deletes. 

One reason I did not put my info in the Google spreadsheet thinking I might messed it up because I don't know how to put my info in.

It is taking forever to be in-line for the interview. it's been 90+ days after my biometrics. Everyone (except few) seems to be in-line for the interview. Any advice for me?

I completely understand you. I did my biometrics on June 7 and today I finally received a notice that I am in line to be scheduled for an interview. I know it's hard to wait especially since it seems like everyones case is moving much faster but that's all we can do. Sending positive vibes your way so hopefully you receive a notice very soon!

That's great! Hopefully the interview is not too far away.

 

I did mine on 6/12, still no update, already hit 3+months from my PD :-( Not sure what to do next, but for now may just wait a few more weeks.

I will be in 3 months soon waiting after I was put in line for interview last 6/12.  No interview letter yet but Im just taking it easy for now not worrying about it.

Yeah, seems like most on this thread have been put in-line, barring a few exceptions. I, unfortunately happen to be one of those exceptions. And the exceptions just seem to be random - so will just have to wait!

I was approved!  Everything went well!

 

The questions I was asked were as followed:

 

1 Who was the first president

2 Two holidays we celebrate

3 Who is the governor of this state

4 What is one thing we promise to do when we come a US citizen 

5 what movement tried to end racial discrimination

6 where is the Statue of Liberty 

 

Reading: who lives in the White House

Writing: The President lives in the White House

 

The agent was very nice but distant/professional.  She said I was the second most enthusiastic person she'd ever interviewed, the first being a 95yo Vietnamese man who jumped up from the chair with his walking stick when asked if he would bare arms for the country.

 

The process was quick although I was kept waiting for about 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I got called.  She took my finger prints again and a quick snap of my face but I didn't need to take off my glasses  - I think that was for facial recognition as she commented that my hair had changed (hello I'm a lady, it's what we do!).  She asked me all the YES/NO questions again.  No pictures were needed.  

 

The office was busy busy busy but they went through folks pretty quick.  My husband came and sat with me.  She didn't ask to see any of my documents or originals of what I submitted. She asked at the beginning why I wanted to become a citizen and I basically went off on a speech about how I've been here for X number of years, made a life for myself here and honestly I've achieved more here than I ever did in the UK and I love it here.  She then said, Well I would have accepted any ONE of those answers, but thank you.

 

Now I wait for my oath ceremony date, which she estimated would be very late September or early October.  The current dates listed on the Mass website though stop at the end of September, so we will see what happens.
