Thanks @lovelyalex. Your interview is coming up soon ,are you ready?

I think so!  The last time my husband went through all the questions with me I was drunk and aced them bar 2 which I had gotten the dates the wrong way around (when was the Declaration of Independence adopted VS when was the Constitution written) because I always get hung up on what happened between 1776 and 1787 and how it must have been utter chaos and why the articles of Confederation didn't work. :jest:

There are definitely questions I am dreading I get because the wording on them is a little weird, but I think I should be okay otherwise!

@lovelyalex am wondering what the parking is like at Lowell

Looking at Google maps as well as a lot right across the road from the auditorium there seems to be a lot of parking in the area.

I know there is a list somewhere on this forum but I will be posting a list of all the documents I am taking with me. Hopefully I can get some feedback and maybe it can help some of you prepare! I will post it sometime tomorrow!

I don't plan on taking very much.  I already have a copy of my application that I sent, together with tax transcripts that I sent in.  With that I'll bring original birth certificates/passports of our kids, for my husband and me.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@alebrije Hi, how did your interview go?

Hi ge! I think it went great.  First thing the IO asked was if I had any evidence to prove my bona fide marriage (she chose the Last Will + Medical POA, medical insurance cards and mortgage papers).  She was super polite and formal.  She went through some of the questions on the n-400, and proceeded with the civics questions (got the 6 right!), english writing and speaking tests.  All in all it took maybe 30 minutes.  She asked me what felt like ALL the Yes/No questions under Oath, and took a couple of minutes to review all my case.  At the end she said she was recommending me for approval and congratulated me, said I would probably make it to the September Oath Ceremony.

My case was updated that same day to:  Case Was Submitted For Quality Review Based On An Approval Recommendation and has not changed since (it's been 8 days). Hopefully I will be getting an Oath schedule update online and in the mail soon.  It's almost over!

Good luck ge!!!

I got "approved, recommended" but no status change for a week which make me worry for a bit.

I wouldn't worry about it, I'm sure next week we will see some movement.
