GAHHHH

I can't really comment on the ticket stuff because I don't know too much about that, but the fact they ask for this stuff, even if it's just a fine to me is crazy. No wonder you forgot.  I'm pretty sure a lot of people don't even bother putting it on their applications.

I am worried about this. GAHHHH

Don't worry too much. You won't get denied by traffic tickets. Based on the interview experiences I've read. It depends on the interview officer. Some will ignore the paid tickets while others ask the details and make change on the form. When you go to the interview, remember to bring the proof of the tickets had been paid. Such as online record, traffic school certificate, court record and etc.. You need to tell the officer about the tickets.

Thank you for the reply guys. I have gathered evidence ( both sent to me today over email/fax) stating that both the tickets were paid on time back in 2009 and 2013. When the officer gets to that section I will update him and let him know that I did not intentionally exclude this. I have no other harmful record of any kind..I have filed tax returns for last 3 years (didnt have any income for the 2 years before)... so hopefully this will not be an issue.

Thank you!

THank you so much for your detailed reply LovelyAlex.

Check out this other blunder that I made...im a mess:

I did not realize at the time of filing that I was supposed to disclose ANY traffic violation.

I have, in my past received 2 traffic ticket (one in 2009 and another one in 2013 -
both below $100) and I paid both on time. I just called the municipalities to send me records showing that my tickets were paid.

You think this can lead to denial of my application? I plan to take the ticket payment proof to the interview and show it to the interviewer and kindly ask for an update on my form.

I am worried about this. GAHHHH

wow.. I have made same mistake - I have had about 3 traffic tickets in different states, but have paid the fines on time.. don't did not know that traffic tickets are considered citation.. worried now :(  I don't have records of those tickets as well

@lovelyalex

guys relax,

If you have been arrested or convicted of a crime, you must send a certified copy of the arrest report, court disposition, sentencing, and any other relevant documents, including any countervailing evidence concerning

the circumstances of your arrest and/or conviction that you would like USCIS to consider. Note that unless a traffic incident was alcohol or drug related, you do not need to submit documentation for traffic fines and incidents that did not involve an actual arrest if the only penalty was a fine of less than $500 and/or points on your driver’s license.

I agree, I guess the idea here is that you still have to disclose the incident, even if you don't have to submit anything if it's under $500.

SO guys, I heard that you can view PDFs of your interview letter in your online account? I do not see any option in the account to do that. If anyone has any idea on how to go about doing this, I would appreciate it!

Yes, if you e-filed, i.e. your case prefix would be IOE, you'd be able to see PDFs of all notices.

Hello.Just want to share my experience .Mailed my N400 form on may 20 2017 from NYC to the Texas office, NOA date is may 30 2017 and did early biometrics on june 12 2017 still my  status didn't changed to in line for interview . So i decided to the inquiry on USICS website and that what i got on my email.

Thank you for contacting USCIS concerning the above-referenced application. Below is a summary of what we have found and how the issue has been resolved or additional action required.

Please be advised that the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely, efficient manner that ensures public safety and national security. Your N-400 application has been properly entered in our system, but is not ready for adjudication. At this time, it has yet to be scheduled and we apologize for any inconvenience that this processing has taken. We are currently experiencing a back-log.  Please allow 60 to 90 days for a notice to be sent to you. We apologize for the delay.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.

If our response does not meet your expectations, or if you believe we have not addressed your concern(s), please schedule an INFOPASS appointment to speak with an immigration officer. Please bring this notice with you.

@Senyorpomidor777 I'm roughly in the same boat - did an early bio on 6/12, so nearly 50 days in no update. Two other filers from NYC seemed to have smooth sailing and put in line quickly, so not sure what the hold up is. Hopefully gets cleared up soon!

Hi. I got RFE on my i751 and send evidences  more than month ago to Vermont office and still wasn't approve yet so i think maybe my i751  holding the n-400 back. As i see you already received your 10 years green card so maybe its not the case with you.Well there is no logic in this process. So we can only wait.
