USCIS has built out the Elis platform and dedicated resources to it. But they haven't really advertised/pushed the platform, so people are still using the paper apps. So instead of having those resources sit and twiddle their thumbs, I think they re-route random NBC apps to IOE. Seems like the IOE apps are going faster - so I'd take it as a positive. Is your case IOE?

05/14/2014 (Day 062) Received text and e-mail notifications that I-485 status updated to "Testing and Interview"

07/25/2014 (Day 135) Went in for interview - was fairly straightforward

08/02/2014 (Day 143) Green Card in hand

ROC

05/24/2016 (Day 000) ROC package sent to VSC

06/24/2016 (Day 031) Early Walk-in biometrics completed

10/06/2016 (Day 135) Got I-551 stamp in passport

05/01/2017 (Day 342) ROC Approved - didn't get notification, hard copy received 05/05? 

05/15/2017 (Day 356) Received 10Y Green Card in Mail

05/24/2017 (Day 000) N400 package sent to Dallas/Lewisville Lockbox

06/09/2017 (Day 016) Received biometrics appointment notice for 06/20/2017, Early walk-in on 06/12

01/03/2019 (Day 589) Interview passed at Federal Plaza and recommended for approval

Given how backlogged some states I'm hoping that the IOE cases are helping to relieve workload!

@laufine me too. AZ filers seem to be going terribly slow. I've looked at cases before and after me numerically and most are still in limbo.

 

I wish I had known about e-filing too! But I am where I am now and just have to suck it Up! I'm resigned to not hearing anything until July when I'll be one month to my anniversary.  I'd lover to not be checking my case and just accepting it will change in good time...... but I can't!

NOA: Receipt Notice Date Printed on your official I-797 notification.
Fprints:  Date assigned for fingerprinting (Bio-metrics). If you do your biometrics via walk-in prior to your scheduled appointment, please enter the date in bold blue.
In Line: Date you received e-notification about the start of your interview scheduling.
Int Ltr: Date you received the official letter in the mail regarding interview.
Interview: Date of your interview.
Oath: Date Oath taken.

Field Office: Your local USCIS office where you will have the N-400 interview.
