it would help if we also include category we filed the application.  For what I read, those who are military personnel or government officials, they get priority.  I wonder if those who married to American will be next priority and then, those who filed under 5 years.

I decided to request info pass if they don`t put in the line for interview ...

I will give them two months after fingerprints then I start calling them and request info pass..

I don`t wanna wait 10 months then they will tell me we lost your fingerprints, that`s not gonna happen...

Well that is why I took some time to look at other Boston filers, look at their dates.  Some did go through the process quicker than other locations, but others took a good few months longer.  So what I did was pull all their dates together and looked at averages - the ranges are pretty wide, but I still pulled an average for time between various stages...  So if my bio doesn't move with the averages, then I might make a phone call for curiosity.

Oh I didn't even think of that! Someone else in an other month thread mentioned that some government employee in their group also was approved and given an oath date very quickly.

Do you think filing under the 5 or 3 years is quicker?

I read that filing under the 3 year is quicker. But then it all seems so inconsistent that who knows!

No rush or no pressure - but I added a column to the Google chart where we can add in if we filed under the 3 year or 5 year tick boxes (or other) - which is part 1, question 1 on the N400 form.

If you'd like to complete that, it would be very helpful for future filers going forward!

Oh yeah!  That's true.  I'm not so good at math haha!  But there are other options on the form though, like being military based too though.

looking back at my application maybe I should have ticked the 3 year box instead of the 5 year one.  I'm still married to my spouse happily, but I've had my greencard for over 5 years so I defaulted to that.

Is there anything we can do?  I was asking myself same questions you asked.......so sad process

And lost fingerprints you mentioned scared me more..

I agree with you that this process is not always fair because some get things done faster then others but we should be grateful that our application was approved and even if we have to wait ( not always easy ) but at the end , we will have the chance to be citizens if every thing goes well .

In dome  countries , even if you were born there, you can never get their citizenship .

i think we all should be patients and follow the process .
