Ok so I think the question you had is how long to wait now after biometrics. Well that's where a lot of us are now. Just waiting to hear that we are in line. Some got in line within a day, others a few days to a week and others are a few weeks in and nothing. So it's an impossible answer to say when anything will happen

Don't be panic, guys. I've asked an lawyer office who helps people to apply for citizenship. I was told the average time is 5 or 6 months. Just wait for your next step. It will be fine. Now it seems the AZ is a little bit slower than TX. But it will move in next week or two. Just wait and do you job.

My friend did his fingerprints 08/2016 and last week passed his interview...10 months from fingerprints date to interview.

  I don`t like that it`s too long.

If it only took 10 months that would be the quickest portion of our journey by far. I'm cool with 10 months. Plus, it's not like getting upset about it will make it process any faster.

The issue I have is that there isn't any consistency, some cases are approved in half the time of others, and some offices work quicker, waaaaaay quicker than others.  I would feel better if we were all told "hey guys, it's gonna take 10 months" and end of.  But we aren't. And the inconsistent updates to cases online don't help matters either.  If the process was a little more uniform throughout, I think I would feel a lot better.

Its hard to not get concerned about your own application if you see people blow through expected timelines in half the time, and then hear the horror stories of people waiting a year, or having their finger prints "lost" after hearing no updates for months.  I know those cases are extreme, but with very little communication or check-ins in between it's easy to worry and presume the worst.

That being said, it is what it is, and we don't have much else option wise haha.

I'm sure folks in older timeline threads have had exactly the same conversations like we have.

I decided to request info pass if they don`t put in the line for interview ...

I will give them two months after fingerprints then I start calling them and request info pass..

I don`t wanna wait 10 months then they will tell me we lost your fingerprints, that`s not gonna happen...
