You've already received your NOA.  You are all set with that regard. Your package is fine and you shouldn't affect any disruption because of this.

 

Eventually your case is "moving" to a local field office for your interview (if it hasn't already).  Don't panic!

Also I'm going to have my biometrics done on next week...do you think they sent my package to field office already or they do that after bio appt??

And once they received my N-400 package and  sent me the NOA with the receipt number, then this means i don't have to worry about this address change???

Corrected the fingerprint date for our case.  We planned on walking in early like we've always done before, but could never get the time in the morning.  Had to keep the original appointment for today, but we got there right at 8am when they opened.  
We went in and realized we forgot my husband's GC.  He just changed wallets and didn't move everything over to the new one.  The place was already packed and they told us we had to go home and get it.  They wouldn't let him stay there and wait.  Very frustrating.
So we got it and came back at 9am and the place was empty.  Took like 10 minutes.  So that was a relief.

I don't know about that piece - when your packet goes to the field office.  When you go for your biometrics though it's quick and they don't need to refer to it at all - they will look at your biometrics notice and check your ID and make you fill in a form, and then they'll take your finger prints - in and out!  I am guessing right now it's still at the NBC.  You don't need to worry though!

 

Stop worrying about the address change!  You're in the books now! :)

Hi guys: 

     Today my friend done with his fingerprints, He asked the officer who did his fingerprints how long does  it take to be cleared and go to his interview.

Officer told him all fingerprints and security checks takes 24 hours, but this depends...

She told him some people got there citizenship in exactly 2 months, and others applicants took them a year.

Depend on the office, if it is busy their applications will sleep there.  As she told him.

She said if you finish your bio and been waiting for long time that means they did not check your fingerprints yet , you are in the line for checking your fingerprints.

Done with your fingerprints does not  mean they started check it.

Interview Was Scheduled

On June 16, 2017, we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number NBC*. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice.

Filed from abroad- Costa Rica

NOA1- NOA2: 316 days

Jan 12, 2013: Married!!
Mar 19, 2013: NOA1

Jan 28, 2014: I-130 approved

NVC- Green Card in Hand: 189 days

Feb 3, 2014: TSC sends case to NVC
April 14: Real checklist for AOS (saying tax number was incorrect when it wasn't)
April 30: Another AOS checklist, for proof of employment (which was already sent)
May 1: Checklist for IV- certified marriage certificate (even though I sent a certified one originally)
July 1: INTERVIEW!!! - APPROVED!
July 16: POE through Miami
July 22: SSN card in the mail
August 30, 2014: Green card arrives in the mail!!!
 
ROC: 366 days
April 27, 2016: Sent 300 page ROC packet to VSC via overnight mail
May 16: Check shown as charged online, received NOA 1 dated April 29
June 20, 2016- Biometrics
April 28, 2017: Approval
May 4, 2017: Approval letter arrived
May 15, 2017: GC arrives in mail
 
N-400: 190 days
May 8: Sent packet to Dallas Lockbox
May 12: NOA 1, Credit card charged
June 7: Biometrics
June 16: "In line"
Oct 2: Interview letter arrives (online status still says ''in line'')
Oct 31: Interview- Approved!
Nov 13: Oath ceremony!  Applied for passport & registered to vote on site.
Nov 22: Passport arrives (paid for expedited service and overnight delivery)
 
Journey complete! A total of 1701 days or 4 years, 7 months and 26 days.
