We sent both my husbands and my application together. One payment was taken on Monday and nothing yet for the other . I don't know is that just because they were separated and one is being processed slower than the other or if there is a problem with one. I know we need patience for this process but I wish both just were accepted already!

Sept.21,2012 - Hubby received a call from USCIS Lady doing a "PHONE INTERVIEW".
Sept.24,2012- Received Text & Email " CASE APPROVED"
Sept.26,2012- Hubby still went to his INFO PASS appointment to asked further assitance for the next stage.
Sept.28,2012- Received Noa2 Hard copy

Nov.5, 2013 - Received Case # and Invoice ID Number
Nov.6, 2013 - Received Email for AOS & FEE Bill
Nov.8, 2013 - AOS & IV payment status " IN PROCESS"
Nov.12,2013- AOS & IV payment status "PAID"
Nov.21,2013- DS-260 submitted
Dec.9,2013 - AOS & IV package sent
Dec.13,2013- False checklist received. Called NVC to confirm and they said just ignore it. Its like a confirmation
they received our documents.
Jan.14,2014 - Called NVC and heared our document was reviewed Jan.9 - and we got a checklist
on AOS & IV.

Jan.15,2014- Received official email checklist

Jan.15,2014- Responded to IV checklist in the afternoon. Sending my NBI CLEARANCE (again) Thru FedEx.

Jan 17,2014- NVC received FedEx document at 9:40a.m. signed by G.Peters

Jan 17,2014- Hubby took a half day off at work to dropped off personally to the lawyer's office, a checklist on his

Im not sure too of my packet. I paid using a DEBIT card instead of a CREDIT card as what hubby told me.  I sent it Monday 5/8 thru USPS. Its update said it will be delivered today 5/10 but was wondering why it says my packet is available for pick up. Are they not delivering it?

If you sent it to Dallas Po Box, it wouldnt be delivered. There will be someone come and pick it up

today is 05/10/2017 and no e-mail or text

 

I called my bank to check if they cash my money order, but unfortunately not yet:(:(  :(:(

My package was delivered yesterday, 5/10/2017. I don't expect that we will get any email/text that our package was received, until we get our Notice of Action (NOA) in the mail in a few weeks.

 

Just be patient, it's only been 3 days :). I am no longer stressed as I am a PR. The green card was a much more stressful process for me.

My package was shipped 5/1, received 5/3, check cashed 5/8 and NOA1 was received (email notification of Case Number) 5/9.

That's great! One of our payments was processed 05-08 too so hopefully we get the email today!

Actually I just looked on the USCIS case tracker and it says they received my case 5/4, although I know it was physically delivered 5/3. Still, it's progress. 

 

Very cool! You will get get your email very soon!!!

 

My wife got it, since we only submitted her email with the package. Once we had our case number, I went online to USCIS and added email and text alerts for me as well. Looks like Biometrics are running about 3-4 weeks after NOA1. Yay!
