Ok. Here my story..... I had my interview at sep 18 and the officer give me administrative process bcs.... At the moment i enter to USA POE Miami, the officer change my category from CR1 to IR1 to 10 years.... The officer at that the interview point that i got the IR1 in Error and that i never filed for a i751, so she cant give me approval at my N400.... i applied next day after interview for a I751, and was informed the time for that form was 1 to 1 and 1/2 years.... i was so sad and crazy.... but by my surprise, the same officer that send me to administrative process, expedite my case I751 and i just had another interview today for the i751 form, and other surprise was the same officer.... She approve me both today N400 and I751. now i ll have just to wait for a date for the ceremony....

Been 5 months & 4 days since I was in line for interview since June 12......and it still says my petition is still within the posted processing times;)

 

Oh well........have to wait another month and try to check again. Waiting game starts again:whistle:

Sept.21,2012 - Hubby received a call from USCIS Lady doing a "PHONE INTERVIEW".
Sept.24,2012- Received Text & Email " CASE APPROVED"
Sept.26,2012- Hubby still went to his INFO PASS appointment to asked further assitance for the next stage.
Sept.28,2012- Received Noa2 Hard copy

Nov.5, 2013 - Received Case # and Invoice ID Number
Nov.6, 2013 - Received Email for AOS & FEE Bill
Nov.8, 2013 - AOS & IV payment status " IN PROCESS"
Nov.12,2013- AOS & IV payment status "PAID"
Nov.21,2013- DS-260 submitted
Dec.9,2013 - AOS & IV package sent
Dec.13,2013- False checklist received. Called NVC to confirm and they said just ignore it. Its like a confirmation
they received our documents.
Jan.14,2014 - Called NVC and heared our document was reviewed Jan.9 - and we got a checklist
on AOS & IV.

Jan.15,2014- Received official email checklist

Jan.15,2014- Responded to IV checklist in the afternoon. Sending my NBI CLEARANCE (again) Thru FedEx.

Jan 17,2014- NVC received FedEx document at 9:40a.m. signed by G.Peters

Jan 17,2014- Hubby took a half day off at work to dropped off personally to the lawyer's office, a checklist on his
AOS.

Jan.21,2014- IV checklist reviewed

Jan. 29,2014- AOS checklist reviewed

Feb. 20, 2014 - CASE COMPLETE

Feb. 27, 2014 - Received Official Email..Case Complete

Feb, 28, 2014 - Received P4

May 1: Checklist for IV- certified marriage certificate (even though I sent a certified one originally)
July 1: INTERVIEW!!! - APPROVED!
July 16: POE through Miami
July 22: SSN card in the mail
August 30, 2014: Green card arrives in the mail!!!

April 27, 2016: Sent 300 page ROC packet to VSC via overnight mail

My Oath Taking Ceremony is on Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2017.  There are four ceremonies for that day.  Can someone advise me if I need to sign the N-445 form in front of the Immigration Officer at the Oath Ceremony or I can sign it ahead of time?  I plan on updating my Social Security records first before getting a passport but I think I have to wait ten days in order for me to do it. Maybe to give time for the records to be forwarded to SSA.   Was the picture used in the certificate from the biometrics pictures?    By the way I did you all have a good thanksgiving?
