Sept.24,2012- Received Text & Email " CASE APPROVED"
Sept.26,2012- Hubby still went to his INFO PASS appointment to asked further assitance for the next stage.

they received our documents.
Jan.14,2014 - Called NVC and heared our document was reviewed Jan.9 - and we got a checklist
on AOS & IV.

Jan.15,2014- Received official email checklist

Jan.15,2014- Responded to IV checklist in the afternoon. Sending my NBI CLEARANCE (again) Thru FedEx.

Jan 17,2014- NVC received FedEx document at 9:40a.m. signed by G.Peters

Jan 17,2014- Hubby took a half day off at work to dropped off personally to the lawyer's office, a checklist on his
AOS.

Jan.21,2014- IV checklist reviewed

Guys, 

I received an update yesterday that I am "In line for Oath" now. 

The problem I have with that is that the IO already gave me the oath letter on the day of my interview with Oath date of 20th October. 

Any one has any idea what the hell is going on? LOL

Today our online status finally changed.

 

On September 26 they scheduled our interview, and status changed today.

Mar 19, 2013: NOA1

Jan 28, 2014: I-130 approved

NVC- Green Card in Hand: 189 days

Feb 3, 2014: TSC sends case to NVC
April 14: Real checklist for AOS (saying tax number was incorrect when it wasn't)
April 30: Another AOS checklist, for proof of employment (which was already sent)
May 1: Checklist for IV- certified marriage certificate (even though I sent a certified one originally)
July 1: INTERVIEW!!! - APPROVED!
July 16: POE through Miami
July 22: SSN card in the mail
August 30, 2014: Green card arrives in the mail!!!
 
ROC: 366 days
April 27, 2016: Sent 300 page ROC packet to VSC via overnight mail
May 16: Check shown as charged online, received NOA 1 dated April 29
June 20, 2016- Biometrics
April 28, 2017: Approval
May 4, 2017: Approval letter arrived

Called uscis, and level2 officer called back. He said I am in security check, and the normal processing time is 9-12 month. My application is only 5 months.

I filed my N400 in May too.  I keep checking my status on the USCIS website and it is not updated since last I took my biometrics which was June 12, 2017.   Then I got a letter in September that my interview will be October 13, 2017.  My field office is in San Jose, CA.

and I am a US citizen. Thanks everyone for your help.

i had my oath yesterday in detroit in the morning. the oath was done by 11 am and the passport agancy was right across the street. i had an appointment and i filled out everything the night before. went there and applied for passport and got my passport same day. i had my passport 2 hours after my oath ceremony.

Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled

We placed you in line for your oath ceremony and will send you a notice for Receipt

 

so just Ignore the online status and go for your Oath date that was given on your Interview , bring the letter  you received ( don't forget to fill out the questionnaire  but date it to the day of Oath ,or fill it on the oath day ) your GC'S state ID or drivers licence  , good luck
