@laufine

hello, how are you ?

i a sorry to burger you again but I have an important question .

Did you get the IRS installment payment proof by the form 4506-t ?

i am asking you this because I have my IRS installment agreement letter TO THE IO ( I revived it Thursday and I went to the uscis office Friday ) . It was 8 pages that the IRS sent me .

but I was surprised again when I received  this morning in my mail box the same continuation letter that I’ve got the day of my interview showing a second line saying this :

official agreement. An be obtained free of charge by filing the form 4506-t  With the IRS .

2 -  this line explains why the form 4506-t means .

I am very confused because I thought the letter that the IRS sent me was enough but I guess I have to request it again by this form .

Please help !

thank you

@hopephilly Sorry, I don't have IRS installment. I can't give advises about that. Please check this thread to see if some one else has the agreement with IRS. Hope you will finish the journey soon.

Congratulations!!

We are extremely frustrated here, my wife's friend that I told you about who interviewed on the same day is having her oath ceremony today. Still no change in our case, I really hope we hear something before our InfoPass or that they do tell us something when we get there next Friday. Have you ever made an InfoPass appointment?

How was your info-pass?  No, i never made an InfoPass in this N-400 process but I did during the removal of conditions because the one year extention was about to expire that time so, I went to USCIS to have my passport stamped for another extention.

I had my Oath taking ceremony this morning. Over-all there were 120 participants.  It was a simple naturalization ceremony. I believed the formal ceremony just took less than an hour compared to the time of checking in of participants which was really a long wait for everybody to be seated.  It was not a judge who officiate the ceremony but a senior USCIS officer.

I hope the process for your wife will be moving forward and soon receive the letter for Oath taking.

Had my Oath-Taking today at USCIS ATLANTA .  It was simple but very memorable.  From there,  we went to Social Security office to update my status from a Permanent Resident to a Full-Pledge american.  Tomorrow, I will start  applying for my US Passport.

For those who are still in this journey, The day will come and it will be over. Just have more patience.

Goodluck to everyone.

I received the notification for oath ceremony today.  In the notice, it states to also bring other documents USCIS issued to me.  Did anyone bring any additional documents apart from the notification and Green Card?  Thank you.

Just bring your expired and current green cards

and your oath letter.
