name/time no longer visible in quotes

When I see a quoted post, the section above is blank; it used to show what was being quoted and the time the quoted post was originally posted.  Now all I see is an arrow that if you click it, it will take you to the original post being quoted, this is very cumbersome and onerous when determining who said what and when.

Hm, mine still works fine. Maybe it's just from your part? If you're on phone then try laptop or vice versa.

Tried two different computers with two different operating systems = same problem.
