Hello everyone,

If anyone can help me with my issue i would be incredibly appreciative. I am a US citizen and have been in Kurdistan Iraq for about 3 years now. I've been waiting for my wife's visa to get done for the past 3 years. After my wife's interview at the US embassy, i received an email which i will paste below. It basically says i have to provide evidence that i am domiciled in Phoenix Arizona basically. I'm very confused. I have an address there, i receive mail, i have a driver license which is renewed recently, my college payment statements but I'm still being asked for domicile proof.

(Dear petitioner,

We are contacting you from the Consular Section, US Embassy Baghdad. Thanks for submitting your domicile documents.  A consular officer have determined that still you do not have domicile in the United States.  In order to proceed further your wife’s application, you as the petitioner, have to re-establish domicile in the United States.  Once you reestablished so, please send the evidence of re-established domicile by email)
