Hi All,

I have a quick question, sorry for any cross posting, I know I need to provide Police Certificates (in the Netherlands VOG) for my interview,

I also studied in South Africa for my masters degree and have been living part-time in the UK for my PhD, I've always still been registered

in the Amsterdam municipality, however do I still need to get police certificates for both these countries? I have lived in South Africa

for over 6 months, and lived in the UK for off and on periods, but never for 6 months straight without travelling home or elsewhere.

Any help is appreciated! The UK is pretty quick (10 days), but no idea how fast I would be able to get this info from South Africa.

Thank you so much!

Hey,

My husband did his erasmus in Sweden and did his masters in the UK and provided certificates for both of them, just for completeness sake. He was in each location for longer than 6 months so we figured we'd just add them in. The turn around was pretty quick for both oft them.

I will provide certificate for Germany (was there 11 months) and New Zealand (was there 11 months) but not for Austria, where I studied less than 5 months. I remember reading 6 months was the condition over what you'd need police certificate.
