Question why you have already EAD I thought you have to wait for the approval for I130 I485 before they gave you your EAD

No if the I-485 was approved someone would have a green card and you do not need an ead when you have a green card.

EAD generally comes before the i-485 is approved.

Hello,   I was wondering is there a guideline on what steps are needed to get this done?

from my understanding I just do I-130, and I-130A, plus I-485,  is there anything else needed here?

thanks @geowrian,   I was wondering in the cover letter do you guys explain the situation as well?  as to why it was outside of the 90 day window?

You can, but there's no need.

my apologies for being annoying here,   I have a few question for the bottom ones,

I-131 do we need to have a big reason as to why she should have advanced parole?   like I'd like to be able to travel with my wife, it would be great to have the ability to travel to other countries if possible,  but I was wondering if there needs to be some emergency reason to leave the country for two weeks?

And I am a bit confused on I-485 Supplment A?   what is this?   and is this needed?   does not appear to be something that I need to sign, but the form and instructions is a bit confusing.

does anyone know what is I-601?

again my apologies for asking so many questions.  Seriously this website is a godsend,  no one can do this stuff without this website's instructions.

14. I-131, Application for Travel Document, if you need to travel outside the United States while your application is processed (optional)
>> Include any additional required supporting documentation or photos as well as payment per USCIS instructions.
15. I-485 Supplement A, and penalty fee if applicable. See 8 CFR 245.10
16. I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Excludability**, if applicable
  * Fingerprint fee not needed for applicants under 14
** an I-601 is NO FEE, if, and ONLY if filed WITH an I-485. Later filing DOES require a fee. Whether to file an I-601 is an important decision -- like the J-1, consulation with an attorney is recommended.

No reason is needed for AP based on a pending I-485.

As for the form, "As-needed" or "TBD" is fine.

That doesn't apply to you.

Hardship waiver for certain inadmissibilities. Unless you have one that needs to be waived, this doesn't apply to you.
