:crying: I've just heard that there has been a large explosion in Central Algers. We heard a big bang earlier on, I believe there has been more than one....in the Dar beida area. Not sure if anyone has SOs around there but...just an FYI!

Just saw the news on aljazeera int. They said 2 bombs one targetting the prime ministers office, killed 9 the other targetting a police station in the area of babzuwar(spelling)/airport area killed 9 people. icon_cry.gificon_eek.gif

A police report says they were suicide bombs but not yet confirmed. A suicide bomb would be alarming cos I think it shows a turn in the kind of attacks from the ones carried out in the past.

Insha'allah all the people living in that area are ok. May Allah make it easy for those affected ameen. May Allah have mercy on the muslims who died

ALGIERS (Reuters) - The death toll from Wednesday's two bomb explosions in Algiers has risen to 30, hospital sources said.

There was no immediate confirmation of the report. The official APS news agency, quoting the fire department, earlier put the toll at 17 dead and 82 wounded.

YEs cd it is veeeeeeeery discouraging... esp since Algerie has come out of its terror years...now this. I know Algerians could not done what bombing...ALgerians want out of the terrorism, not more... unfortunately people can be brainwashed to believe any cause or reason... Astagfuruallah

Henia, keep safe. Our prayers are going out to everyone in Algerie right now. I hope there is a swift end to the attacks that the Algerian people have tried so hard to get rid of over the past few years.
