For example; The I-129F application costs $535 and biometrics $85. You should provide a money order or check with a total of $620

Ok. You should have a complete money order of $1225. $1140 for the AOS and $85 biometrics. No seperate money orders or checks.

I-765 is included at no extra cost with the I-130. G-325A has no cost.

 

If you're doing concurrent filing, you need the I-130 and I-485 (plus I-765 for EAD and can do the I-131 for AP at no cost as well).

 

If using the latest I-130, you don't need the G-325As anymore, but do need the I-130A.

 

Check/Money Order #1:

i-130: $535

 

Check/Money Order #2:

i-485: $1,140

Biometrics: $85

Total: $1,225

 

i-765: $0

I-131: $0

G-325A: $0

I-765 & I-131 costs are waived when filed with I-485

There is no fee for the I-765 or I-131 when you file it with the I-485.

 

If you file those forms after the I-485, you can just attach a copy of the I-485's NOA1 instead of a check.
