How can I restart a cancelled case on a fiancé visa.  I am willing to pay all over again but I hope they still got my fiancé info because I lost everything in moving process.

If it was cancelled, you'll have to start over and send a completely new packet, with all new updated forms and supporting docs

They will have records, yes, but they won't make copies for your new application

They might, but it won't matter anymore because all the info and evidence you sent in initially is for a canceled case. You'll have to send in all new forms and information/evidence with your new petition. They aren't going to consider the stuff already sent in other than question you about why you canceled and are now reapplying for the same person.
