According to my info yes they can do that ... hope for the best and expect the worst but with ur situation right now I see the best out come .

If AP come clean they should issue visa. They put first blood visa Under AP like children, Parents anything can expect from them. What is ur wife job in USA?

She's live here in my country shes also jordanian but christian and im muslim this is our red flag

i think US diversity do not judge people based on religion, Red flag means different culture , language , age difference , previous petitions, etc , I guess they would have just double checked since they know that Muslim family won't accept non muslims but you guys belong to same background at least.

I'm still in AP😭 I'm so stressed and can't take this anymore. It went from AP  for 4 months to ready for 2 weeks to AP now for over a month.. I pray we all get visas🙏🙏🙏

I have red flags😐 I am 10 years older then him (I'm 38) I am Roman Catholic (background is Italian and Persian). He has been on AP since his interview in February.  It actually changed in June to non-immigrant application received. Then 2 weeks later he got a call from Embassy with questions (history about work and education). Embassy said if they need anything else they would call. Now since June he has been on AP again with an update on the immigrant visa. It is very freaking stressful😭
