How to Contact NVC!!!

We've contacted the NVC  lots of times and every time we call them they keep us waiting for a long time like 30 or 45 mins.

All we want is to ask if they have received our petition yet.

Is there any other way to contact them???

The holds typically are that long, but you can send an email inquiry, but it is much quicker to just call and wait on hold. Email takes a few business days. I would recommend calling later in the evening or earlier in the morning, as those are lower traffic times. I waited over an hour on hold before, but someone will eventually pick up, as annoying as the wait is. I swear, the hold music is going to haunt me in my dreams.

the best time to call them 

try calling them between EST 7:00am to 7:30am and EST 11:00-11:30PM 
to avoid waiting too much before talking to a rep (on my case, the maximum waiting time is between 3-5minutes)

 

Cheer up and don't stop calling until they told you theyr eceived your documents (as that's the waiting starts)

Calling them is the best way and my husband called twice there and he always waited for 40 minutes,

so yes that sucked. We tried to send email and got the response after a week.
