Returned i-130 to USCIS (221G)

HI! I  want to ask the people  who goes trough this process (Return i-130 petition to the USCIS for the review) from Casablanca Embassy  to share them experience with them cases -how long it is take to heard something from USCIS,(they saying  a minimum  180 days, but i know it is take much longer ). USCIS receive my case on  December 19  2016,and from that time i did not receive any letters stating that they have my case,and  i want to ask  if they usually mailing the letters or no,because i reading so many posts here that people receives that letters for the mail. And does time  of the review depend of the services center?Thank you !

Where there a denial at interview?   If so, it will be about 180 days before you get a letter either that the case has been returned to Casa for another interview (highly unlikely) or that the denial is upheld

then you either appeal (waste of time and money) as i went this route and won my appeal and was told to reapply

so if you have been denied, shorten the time frame and reapply

 

BTW the appeal took over a year

Hi, it was in August in Casa, my 180 will be on June 17, so it is 1 months, I will wait, to see why they denied my husband. I hope USCIS will reaffirm our case. Thank you for the response
