G-325A question

I am sending the G-325As with the new I-129F form - will this be a problem? It seems to me the G-325A is not required anymore with the I-129F because it is not included in the instructions anymore but will it be a problem if I sent it anyways? Would I get in trouble for essentially sending in an "unneeded document", per say?

It is 100% NOT needed if you are using the current Form I-129F.

We had our G325A's all signed and ready to go before the new form came out.

I did NOT send them the unneeded forms. Why slow them down? Our file was big enough already.

No trouble if you do but it could hinder the process especially if you have info that does not match or typo on the G325a and they decided to look at it for comparison to what is on the new I-129F.

Okay, so you are 100% sure that I do NOT need to send in the G-325A, right?

Read the instructions for completing the new I 129f   If it does NOT specify that the G325 is needed, then it is NOT needed... If it required you to send the G325, or any other evidence or forms, it will specify exactly what is needed...  does it tell you to include other evidence, filing fee etc?

The new instructions do not mention the G-325A at all (the old directions did mention the G-325A). Will I get in trouble for sending the G-325A in? My worry is, will I get in trouble for sending in a document that is not required?

The G-325A is not needed anymore with the latest I-129F.

If you do send them anyway, it won't be a problem. They will just ignore forms they don't need.

This made me feel better! :D I am just very worried that I will get in trouble if I send in a document that is clearly not required!

What if all of my information is fine and matches the I-129F? Will there be any problems for me because I sent an "unneeded form" in?

You have asked about this in 3 threads and we had a convo in pm where I pulled out the instructions as evidence for you that it's not needed now and was needed before. How are you still confused about this?

First of all, sorry for upsetting you. Second of all, I have heard so much different type of advice from so many different people that It confused me. That's all.

If it will be disregarded, that is great. Thank you! I was about to re-adjust my packet to remove the G-325As but since it won't do me any harm, I suppose I will just send my packet it because I have my packet ready to go now. I appreciate your comment.

It's really as simple as: F.o. L. L.o.w t.h.e. i.n.s.t.r.u.c.t.i.o.n.s.

I'm asking because this is such a small bit in the bigger picture of uscis and immigration to the US. Don't let yourself get caught up in over-stressing the little things. There will be much more stressful parts coming up.

At this point, if they want to send them, let them.  It doesn't harm you in any way.  There is a reason why I don't help people via pm as well.  I know it's frustrating. :)

Sorry if I seemed to annoy you as well. I had my packet ready and I had the G-325A forms filled out. I was initially going to send in my packet with my G-325A but that form is clearly not needed so I will just remove it from my packet. I appreciate your input into this topic. Thanks. Also, sorry for overcomplicating this simple question. It's not my intention, nor was it ever my intention to annoy anybody on this site.

It's not that it "harms me". More so that there doesn't need to be three topics clarifying the same thing over again. I really don't mind helping in pm, I just think it's good to be self-critical before posting/asking, and ofc to try and see the bigger picture in the Visa Journey :) It's way too easy to get lost in gooey mess with filling out uscis forms.
