This does have VAWA written all over it.

Pull the I 864, if you get stuck with that you have a REAL problem.

Send a letter to USCIS informing them that you want your I864 to be withdrawn, also do not reply to that RFE. If she wants you to reply to it pretend that you sent but don't. Go to court file for divorce and request a eviction order as well. Call family court in your city and ask whats the law regarding eviction of a spouse.

Go in person to a USCIS office and tell them whats happening give all information about her, take a copy of her K1 visa and passport too and give it to them.

She is clearly in it for a green card, she doesn't care about you.

Don't respond to the RFE.  Write and cancel the I-864 immediately. Call and ask to speak to a live person and tell them what you've told us. Contact a lawyer immediately and file for divorce.

You might want to just take all your paperwork and move out yourself, immediately, to a safe place; contact the local police and get it on record that you're very afraid she's going to claim abuse so she can stay in the country.

Documentation would be a good idea, in case she does go the VAWA route. You're the one being abused here, unfortunately.

When you receive an RFE, the application is put on hold until the RFE is received. Failure to submit RFE within time frame given will result in a denial.

He said, he replied on RFE already :

"The RFE we received was for a document that was missing and we sent the document then. ....."

so AOS now is pending!

OP...Do not allow your wife to make your life miserable.  You need to be proactive in protecting yourself.

1.  Withdraw your affidavit of support immediately.

2.  Move out of your residence and have contact with your wife only through your divorce lawyer.

3.  File for divorce.
