A little updated: my wife interview at Ho Chi Minh went well and approved .

@H&T Can you please give me some details on what questions they ask her in the interview and how many questions they ask? My Wife, will be getting her interview soon in Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon, Vietnam. This will be a big help. Thanks in advance. A. James.

Hey guys quick question... i recently changed jobs and im the sponsor for my husband, my previous employer made a letter saying how long ive been with them and the financial evidence show my paystubs of previous job. My question is.. does it matter to update the employer ? Isnt it the point to simply prove you make more than their minimum income level ? . Our case is still waiting to be reviewed scan date May 22nd. I just dont want to delay anything..more than its already been

I switched jobs while our case was at NVC. I contacted NVC and they told me to complete a new AOS and send it to the interview with my husband. I did that and I sent the offer letter and paystubs from my new job. We had no issues.

hi, am new to this forum, i have a scan date May 3rd. I got a check list letter on the last day of the 11 weeks, like July 6th, claiming a signature looked electronic and please re send a sponsorship form. which i did. they got it back july 12. it is now Sept 7 and still no word. this is just insane that it takes 2 months to confrim a signature as all other parts of the file were perfect as per check list letter. My lawyer keeps saying give them time. but really, everyone i read here is getting it all so fast. God knows how long i will have to now wait once i get a CC status for an interview in London, i guess that will be another 2 months waiting.

Second, how do you all get access to these timeline dates. I just don't get where I go to see this info. (sorry if already explained a milion times)

Any tips thoughts, welcome

What is your scan date?

I have a similar timeline to you. Original scan date was May 10th, then received a checklist on July 3rd.

Second scan date was July 11th, case was completed on August 31st, so just over 7 weeks. I'm currently waiting for an interview date for London.

Have you called the NVC for an update? If we didn't call, we wouldn't have known that our case was completed, as we haven't received any emails yet.

"At NVC" is a good sign that you have a CC! When mine changed to "At NVC", I called and they confirmed our case was completed!

As for your scan date, you would need to ask the NVC for that information, it would be when they scanned your checklist item into the system.

You should call them when they open to confirm. :)
