Well.. I was at 8 weeks today, but got a checklist last week.  Today..case approved via Mumbai embassy.  I never expedited or requested a supervisor.  I simply called the embassy and explained our checklist was for a non related issue.  So the embassy sent a request to NVC to close the case.  They are forwarding the email today (last night indian time)10 days i was delayed I don't know if this strategy will work for others if u have a legitimate checklist, but if it's a silly one I suggest calling the embassy directly.  I will explain more to anyone who wants more info on how I did this.  Goodluck everyone and if u get a checklist don't despair..it can be fixed😊

Sure thing. ;) Here are instructions on how to edit/save the questionnaire.

Tried to update the sheet, but deleted the original email confirmation form.  I've gone ahead and made another submitted an updated submission, so if you can kindly remove the first submission that would be great!

Case is still under supervisor review...

It is very similar to your example. I tried to upload a picture but didn't work.

Does it say "thank you" your 260 has been transferred to your interview location?

Done. Please save your email to edit it as your case progresses. As I won't be around after August 6th to delete double entries. :)

It says:

Thank You

You have successfully submitted an Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application (Form DS-260). You must bring to your visa interview proof that you submitted this form by printing a confirmation page using the below button. Do not print a copy of this screen; use the below PRINT CONFIRMATION button to print a page with a unique barcode related to your visa application. I will update you on what it says upon CC :)
