I have a question.  I have searched online but can't seem to find a clear answer.  Does anyone know if CEAC updates in real time, or once a day?  I see people say at all times of the day that their status changed, but it could be that they just checked the site.  Possibly it updated overnight and they are just checking.  Any info is appreciated.  Just don't want to waste my day checking multiple times if it's only a waste of time.

I believe that when you look at your case through CEAC it shows you real time. I remember that I called NVC once for an update regarding my CC (in the morning) and they told me that my case is still pending review. I checked CEAC and noticed that my case said "AT NVC" around 4pm and I called NVC and they confirmed a CC later in the day.

No Problem. There is a thread by a member whos CEAC status shows "In Transit" and has not received his P4 letter or any notification from NVC. He called NVC to question his change in status and they told him they scheduled an interview date but he should receive an email from them in a couple days. Status change in CEAC and or from NVC operator is the better route then waiting for an email since it takes a while to receive one.

Hi All...
We just checked the visa status and it's "AT NVC" and the AOS is also disappeared.
We just called NVC and confirmed that our case is completed.
Our case got completed in exactly 7 weeks.

No..delayed😓so so upset.  No where does it say they need her proof of citizenship.  And it also says if she is/has been on your tax documents..the proof is already stated.  ...but now they want proof.  So crazy really.  I just want to give up.  But I can't.  I will mail the passport copy tomorrow😔

Awwh! How about you mail it anyway and call the NVC in couple days and ask for a supervisor to review it right away? I don't know if it will work, but it's worth a shot.  Best of luck..
